Hundreds of people gathered at the US Embassy in Moscow to support Shaman

MOSCOW, July 19 Hundreds of people gathered at the US Embassy in the center of Moscow to support the artist Shaman and oppose the blocking of YouTube channels of Russian artists, the correspondent reports.
Earlier, Shaman announced that he would organize a concert-rally against the illegal blocking of Russian YouTube users at the US Embassy in Moscow on Friday evening.

The Russian flag is being projected onto the building of the American diplomatic mission in Moscow. Shaman's songs «I'm Russian», «The Most Russian Hit», «Let's Stand Up», as well as compositions by the group «Lyube», the song «Mother» by Tatyana Kurtukova and songs of other artists will be played.

Earlier, a message appeared on the European Commission website that Shaman was subject to new EU sanctions due to support for actions that allegedly “undermine the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.”
After which Shaman reported that his YouTube channel was blocked, citing the fact that he was Russian.
The channels of Grigory Leps, Oleg Gazmanov, Yulia Chicherina and Vyacheslav Manucharov are also blocked on the video hosting platform, the correspondent was convinced.
