NOVOSIBIRSK, November 13. A family of migrants living in the Novosibirsk region will leave Russia due to hooliganism of their children, the regional prosecutor's office reported.
The reason for the prosecutor's investigation was a publication in the media that minors threw stones at a teacher. At the initiative of the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Novosibirsk, the police conducted a check on the migrant family.
«It was established that in 2023, the mother of minor children was brought to administrative responsibility three times under Article 5.36 of the Code of Administrative Offenses («Failure of parents to fulfill obligations to maintain and education of minors»). <…> For the first time, due to hooliganism of children, a visiting family <…> will leave the country in its entirety,” the message says.
The prosecutor's office clarified that the family came from one of the CIS countries.
The police handed them a notice to reduce their period of stay in Russia.
