Developer PIONEER completed work on creating a children's playground «Snake» on the territory of the LIFE Varshavskaya residential area, located in the Moskvorechye-Saburovo area.

The “Snake” playhub, developed by the “Leapfrog” bureau, is located in the central part of the residential area. The playground is divided into different areas for children from 2 to 12 years old. It includes rope and plank suspension bridges, vertical and horizontal rope tunnels, swings with locking for kids, as well as “nests” and “bubbles”. Unique structures have also been installed: a tower, a 3D labyrinth made of nets and hammocks, kaleidoscopes with colored glass, a sand island with an excavator and elements for “excavation”. Trees, shrubs and green hills are planted around the playground.
Various play scenarios help develop children's imagination and communication skills, and also improve their physical development. To ensure the safety of the “Snake” structure, the soil was compacted and five-meter piles were installed.

In total, 18 buildings will be built in LIFE Varshavskaya for more than 6,300 apartments. More than 4 thousand square meters are allocated for children's playgrounds in the first three stages. m. The concept of the residential area was developed by the Japanese bureau NIKKEN SEKKEI. It unites on one territory not only multi-story buildings, but also public spaces, a sports cluster, and a pedestrian boulevard.
