PIONEER concluded a deal to sell building 2 in OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK: a building with an area of 22.4 thousand square meters. m was entirely sold to the investor. The buyer was the Euromir Group company, a professional investor that provides services for leasing commercial real estate. The transaction consultant is the investment company IMMER GROUP. The building was chosen as an investment property.
Building 2 OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK was built and put into operation in 2022. The building is located on a landscaped area of a business park and includes offices with a total area of 20,216 sq. m. m, retail premises with an area of 1326 sq. m for infrastructure facilities with display glazing and separate entrances. On the ground floor in public areas there are meeting rooms that can be used by tenants.

Recall that OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK consists of six buildings, four of which have already been built and sold. PIONEER is actively building buildings 6 and 1. In building 6, the installation of facades is being completed. In addition to offices, there will be a fitness center with a premium segment operator. In building 1, work is carried out at the pit level. OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK is a project that is being built according to the program for creating places of employment. Under an agreement with the city, 8 thousand jobs will be created here; in total, the business park is designed for 12 thousand jobs. Full completion of the project is scheduled for 2025.
