MOSCOW, December 29 Despite Western sanctions, the citation of Russian scientific articles has remained virtually unchanged, but unfriendly countries have dealt a significant blow to the quality and level of scientific cooperation, said the interview with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

He recalled that in 2022, the federal project “Development of domestic civil instrumentation for scientific research” was developed, its tools will help reduce dependence on imports of key components and components — in 2024-2026, about 11 billion rubles have been allocated to finance the project, by 2030 This year it is planned to create 40 scientific instruments, 50 applications for registration of RIA, 20 new educational programs.
