What social and economic factors influenced the formation of cyberpunk, and how the genre criticizing the system itself became its product.

Dmitry Yarochkin, a graduate student at the Department of Philosophical Anthropology and Philosophy of Culture at St. Petersburg State University and founder of the Digital Philosophy portal, answered the questions.
