The Onlanta company (part of the LANIT group), a Russian service provider in the field of IT solutions and cloud technologies, acquired a 30 percent stake in Amvera, which is developing a cloud platform for simplified IT deployment -applications.
Amvera specializes in software development and providing a public cloud for automatically hosting IT projects for individual developers and small companies. The product line includes a cloud service for deploying IT applications and a DevOps platform based on Kubernetes.
The purpose of cooperation is to combine the competencies of the two companies to provide comprehensive products on the IT market.
