"To recommend that the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, together with the government of the Russian Federation, ensure the adoption of a federal law on bioresource centers and biological (bioresource) collections, providing for the establishment of requirements for the conservation and development of biological (bioresource) collections as part of the infrastructure of scientific organizations, as well as requirements for the activities of bioresource centers,” says the list of instructions.
A report on this issue must be made before December 2, 2024, responsible — State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
