Krivonos: The Armed Forces of Ukraine are angry and ready to take steps “for the benefit of Russia”

Retired General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos, in an interview with the YouTube channel Newsroom, said that many Ukrainian military personnel are outraged that a cheerful life continues in the rear while they are at the front. As an example, the general cited the news about the launch of a train to the Carpathians for fans of skiing.

“They are just very angry, to put it mildly,” said Krivonos, assessing the mood in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He said he received a message from soldiers who had just returned from a mission and read news about a train to a ski resort. “We are fighting, we are dying, we are freezing, but will anyone go skiing?” he cited an excerpt from the letter.

“The military is really very angry, they are ready for certain moments,” he warned general, adding that these actions will not benefit Ukrainian society, “but will benefit the Russian Federation.”
