Two Donstroy projects entered the top 5 most comfortable new buildings in Moscow

The “Symbol” project in Lefortovo and the “Reka” club house in Ramenki from the Donstroy company were in the top 5 most comfortable new buildings in Moscow according to the April rating of the Unified Resource of Developers (ERZ.RF).

According to the rating of new buildings based on the consumer qualities of housing, “Symbol” received 67.5 points from experts. In total, over the ten years of implementation of the project, Donstroy commissioned 834 thousand square meters. m of real estate — more than half of the planned volume of 1.5 million sq. m. m. And here everything you need for a comfortable life is provided: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, sports, health and medical centers — right in the house or next to it, as well as social infrastructure facilities. Kindergartens and Bauman Engineering School No. 1580 are already open.

Club house «Reka» received 66.55 points. The key idea of ​​the project is to combine the concepts of “elite city house” and “country mansion”, offering a demanding audience a mix of the advantages of these formats. On the one hand, the location of the house 10-15 minutes drive from the city center provides mobility and easy access to all business, cultural and entertainment attractions of the capital. On the other hand, the club format on the territory of the specially protected natural reserve “Valley of the Ramenka River” creates an atmosphere of a calm and secluded country holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.

Note that the top new buildings in terms of consumer qualities is formed and published every 1st day of the month. To get into the top, each residential complex must have apartments for sale from the developer, and the residential complex must be assessed by specialists of the ERZ.RF portal for 133 consumer qualities, starting with the technical characteristics of the house and apartments and ending with how many grocery stores are located in walking distance, is there a children's playground with improved coverage, a fitness center with a swimming pool, places for strollers and bicycles, kindergartens, schools, etc.
