BARNAUL, February 13 The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, became interested in the incident with the snow phallus, which was molded by teenagers at the memorial of glory in the Altai Territory, according to the Telegram channel federal department.
As previously reported with reference to the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, a photo of a snow sculpture of a phallus against the backdrop of a memorial of glory, taken in the village of Staroaleiskoye, Tretyakov District, is circulating on the Internet. The police found the teenagers who created this creation.
The “sculptors” turned out to be 14 and 16 years old, they were interviewed, and their parents were fined. However, after this the case was transferred to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. And we are no longer talking about children’s pranks, but about the desecration of the memorial complex.
