The tenth person involved in the Crocus case did not have a work permit in Moscow

GISSAR (Tajikistan), April 2, Lydia Isamova. The tenth defendant in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, Yakubjon Yusufzoda, did not have a work permit in Moscow, his wife Fayzigul Jurabekzoda said.
““He got ready and flew to Moscow on March 1, before he even had time to receive a patent and start working,” Jurabekzoda said.

The day before, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Yusufzoda until May 22. During the interview, he stated that he is a citizen of Tajikistan, married, and has three children. Before his arrest, he unofficially worked as a laborer at a construction site. Perhaps he had temporary registration on the territory of the Russian Federation, but does not remember the address.

According to the Investigative Committee, this defendant, a few days before the terrorist attack, transferred money to an accomplice through his bank card “to ensure the terrorists’ accommodation.” He transferred part of the funds to one of the perpetrators after the crime was committed. Thus, there are now ten defendants in total in the case, all of them are charged with committing a terrorist attack that resulted in the death of a person, as part of an organized group (clause “b” of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The article provides for life imprisonment.
In addition, as follows from the card index of capital court cases, Yusufzoda was arrested by the capital court on March 26 for 12 days for disobeying the police when checking documents.
The shooting and fire occurred on the evening of March 22 before a concert at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. A correspondent who witnessed the incident reported that several men in camouflage and without masks burst into the hall, they shot people point-blank and threw incendiary bombs. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 144 people died.
