MOSCOW, March 26 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Commission on Scientific and Technological Development (STD) to submit by June 15 draft lists of priority areas of STD and the most important knowledge-intensive technologies, follows from the list of instructions published on the Kremlin website.
«To the Commission for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation, taking into account the provisions of the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation, to submit for consideration to the Council under the President of the Russian Federation on Science and Education a draft list of priority areas of scientific and technological development and a draft list of the most important high-tech technologies» , says the document.
Putin also instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to consider, with the participation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the Russian Federation, the issue of simplifying the procedure for small enterprises to confirm the production of scientific instruments, equipment, components and consumables for them on the territory of the Russian Federation. If necessary, the head of state instructed to ensure amendments to the regulatory legal acts establishing the procedure for carrying out this procedure.
A report on this issue has been ordered to be submitted before July 1.
