    The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put journalist Mikhail Zygar on the wanted list

    The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation put journalist Mikhail Zygar on the wanted list (included in the register of foreign agents of the Ministry of Justice).

    A card with the name of the journalist appeared in the department’s database. According to the text, the basis for the wanted notice was an article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, but it is not specified which one.

    Zygar left Russia in 2022.
