A preventive measure took place
How is the story of Nizhny Novgorod Anastasia Ershova, who served 5 days of administrative arrest for earrings with a frog on a rainbow, presented to the public?
It looks like she was sitting there a girl in a cafe with a guy, some provocateurs came up and filmed on her phone that she had earrings of the wrong type — straight propaganda of the banned and recognized extremist LGBT movement. After which the recording was seen at the Center for Combating Extremism, they summoned him for questioning, took him to court, and the court gave five days of arrest.
Well, all sorts of nonsense around — supposedly on the earrings, which were presented in court in 7 colors, and for LGBT people — six. And allegedly she threw away the six-color ones (Ershova claims that the police advised her to do this, but she did not throw anything away, which she noted in the protocol), and the safe ones were presented to the court and replaced.
And so, it means that random people in Russia are already being grabbed “by the rainbow”, and they are zindan, zindan. Peskov (liberal journalists traditionally use him to promote topics that are beneficial to them by asking questions at press calls) is forced to say that he knows nothing about the ban on rainbows in the country.
Let’s, however, look at the details.
The video, which supposedly became the starting point, clearly shows that the people filming it on January 29 at the Samurai cafe know exactly which table to approach. And they don’t pay any attention to citizen Ershova, but begin to deal with her companion, who has a badge with the Ukrainian flag on his pink blouse. They demand to take it off, he refuses, and the badge is torn off. Ershova is indignant all this time, which is why she periodically gets into the frame.
The fate of the bearer of the badge is unknown, but we note that formally, precisely formally, according to the law, there was nothing to present to him at the moment: we have the flag of Ukraine is still not recognized as extremist symbols, it can be displayed. (Exactly until good people straighten the face of the demonstrator — it will be illegal, but fair.)
But as for Ershova, an important detail is a couple of lines in the court decision. The fact that the court examined the protocol of “conducting operational surveillance on January 29, 2024.”
The “Ershova and the Trans-Ukrainian” couple, it turns out, was conducted by employees of the Center for Pretrial Investigation — they carried out an operational-search activity “surveillance”. It’s clear why the citizens who filmed the video knew where to go.
If you believe deputy Khinshtein, Ershova “has a six-color rainbow avatar on her Pinterest page,” and, as he writes, “according to Nizhny Novgorod channels , Ershova is an LGBT activist.”
Well, a completely different picture emerges. Two young protestors with their brains polluted by liberal filth ended up on a pencil in the Center for Specialist Enforcement. And before they messed things up, a preventive measure happened — this is the very thing they give us for “arresting anyone over the rainbow.”
Five days of “administrative detention” is still better than being sent away for many years for extremism . (If the police needed “sticks” under this article, there would have been a departure.)
In this situation, it doesn’t matter what kind of earrings there were.
