MOSCOW, February 25 The second international documentary film festival «RT.Doc: Time of Heroes» ended in Moscow, the correspondent reports .
«For three days we watched films, cried, laughed, wrote letters to the guys at the front, thought about how to help, sang. We did everything we could: unite, communicate. We call the festival “Time of Heroes”, and this year a second phrase was added to it: “Time to be together,” and it seems to me that we were able to do this,” said the general producer of the festival RT.Doc: “Time of Heroes” Ekaterina Yakovleva.
During the three days of the festival, 27 documentaries were shown, of which 10 were premieres.
«You know, during these three days we realized that we are not only together, we realized that there are many of us, because what was at the opening, what I saw this morning when at 10 am on Sunday a full hall of people watches Max Fadeev’s film “At the Edge of the Abyss.” It was simply amazing,” added Yakovleva.
Spectators and festival participants also observed a minute of silence for the fallen SVO soldiers.
All authors and directors of the documentaries «RT.Doc: Time of Heroes» were awarded memorable diplomas.
Especially for “RT.Doc: Time of Heroes”, a day and a half before it began, the poet Anna Dolgareva and the group “Zveroboy” wrote a song for the festival “Time of Heroes”.
