In Dagestan, more than 70 thousand people were left without electricity

MAKHACHKALA, February 20 An emergency power outage occurred on Tuesday in four districts of Dagestan, more than 70 thousand people in 196 settlements were left without electricity, it is reported on website of the main directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the republic.
“As of 11.10 (Moscow time), due to an emergency power outage, 196 settlements in four municipal districts fall into the outage zone. In total, there are 12,809 houses with a population of 70,591 people in the outage zone,” the message says.
According to the department, two teams are involved in eliminating the accident: seven people and two units of equipment from Dagenergo (a branch of PJSC Rosseti Northern Caucasus).
