Screenwriter of the film “Brest Fortress” Vorobyov died

MOSCOW, February 19 Screenwriter of the film “Brest Fortress” Konstantin Vorobyov died at the age of 54, according to the website of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia.
“The screenwriter of the film “Brest Fortress” Konstantin Ivanovich Vorobyov (1970 – 2024) has died… We express our condolences to the family and friends of Konstantin Ivanovich Vorobyov. May his memory be blessed,” the message says.
Konstantin Vorobyov is a screenwriter and film producer, laureate of national and international film and television festivals, academician of the Eurasian Academy of Television. Among his most notable films is his work on the script for the Russian-Belarusian military-historical drama film “Brest Fortress”, which received many nominations and awards at international festivals, as well as on the subsequent television version of the film – “Fortress”.
